Yeah i have many scars from SH as well and i still fo it as a coping mechanism. .. just have to learn to stop.
It isnt your fault.. just believe that and know that you are safe now.

@Former-Member one more question or comment. I still cannot believe there was time in my life for the abuse. I know it doesn't make sense but I had a pretty full life..family, school, sport, friends sometimes. I mean how the hell did it happen?

I had a very hectic life too @bailey boy.
Just cause you have a busy life doesnt mean it cant happen. It just does and most of the time without you realising it to begin with. You cant really make semse of it...Just know if wasn't your fault at all! !
