@TAB When I am doing really well, I walk at first light every morning and do some gentle meditation exercise too at the parklands. It's been so long I forgot how good it made me feel! 😁

That sounds ideal @deshift . I'm not an early riser but often walk at sunset.

Hello @Oaktree @SmilingGecko wondering where you're at with walking and other exercise. I'm still walking every day but often break for a few minutes halfway on a handy park bench. I've dipped out on resistance bands but am doing exercises for a dodgy back. Overall I'm making an effort but wish I was doing more.
I'd love to hear how you're going.
