@Adge  cheese does make almost all food that much tastier, doesn’t it? ☺️

Re: Share a cuppa?

Wow, @Former-Member , you are amazing my friend ❤️

And I am soo glad you are here with us all 🥰

Re: Share a cuppa?

Too right @Shaz51

I think if I was in @Former-Member ‘s position I would’nt think too hard about how I could help others.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hugs @Shaz51  🤗🌺

yes it does sound like home dialysis or one brought to your town would be better than driving.
I was wondering if you have a local hospital near where you live, or a larger medical clinic?
Was just thinking if there is a local area health district equipment pool that might have dialysis equipment, that might be able to go to your closest clinic location, where the dialysis staff could meet you..the reason I thought it was because sometimes waiting for home equipment and a nurse to do home visits can take longer (however I am not 100% sure on that - it’s only what I have experienced in the local area where I am in relation to someone I used to look after in terms of trying to get them the equipment they needed at home) 🙂

apologies in advance is it’s not helpful 🙂🌺

I agree, a healthy dose of cheese or cheese sauce makes everything taste better

Re: Share a cuppa?

Here’s my burning question…

Will cheese sauce make roasted Brussel sprouts taste good? I am growing some for the first time. They are just babies at the moment. Just germinated

You need to stop apologising if not helpful. Most things you suggest are helpful type things

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Former-Member , yes we have a hospital,  and your idea is great

Even if we can get a couple of machines here would make a difference

Wow , for me to do some investigation about this

And I know the head doctor who is involved in 3 hospitals around us

It would be good if a clinic in your town would set up dialysis for you as @Former-Member suggests. Would be perfect for you if you have to go down the dialysis road. I am sorry about that though. It’s a difficult thing to go through. Here’s hoping it will only be for a short time

Re: Share a cuppa?

Very humble thanks to you @Shaz51  and @Oaktree  🙂🌺💜

I try to do my best to not let adversity get in the way of my character, and expressing who I am and what I want to do emotionally.. it’s the emotional state of mind that really does influence life and how I see it, and what makes me happy is to help people, and see them smile with a little bit of gentleness and kindness.
like everyone, I have my moments where I need to rest, however the focus on doing what’s right for me by expressing my character traits and being mentally active and emotionally supportive helps me stay centred 🙂🌺

I feel better within myself knowing other people around me are feeling better ☺️

It’s kind of like the more people that can feel a bit more connected and a bit more happy, the healthier our communities can become, in a way 🙂

I do really appreciate being here with you guys 🙂🌺🙌🏻
