lol, i hear you @Bill16 house prices are rediculus at the moment, in sydney a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom sold the other day for 1.7 mil 700,000 over reserve. people seem to be loaded. 

im good mate, just working on my mums house, and spending time with my beautiful partner. and a little work on the BMX. it is a bit of a slow go because im working on making blinds.
