um, knee had really bad pain and notso bad pain, now its just notso bad @Shaz51  just been in a bit of a tizz over work and time off work

im good, been chilling this week, after a hectic few weeks, had to go to the doctors, they are worried about my lungs and are sending me to a specialist at the local hospital.

so hopfully they can figure out what is going on. 

what have  you been up to mate? how are things going?
