Thanks @Former-Member, it was hearty indeed, even more so for hubby who scoffed 4 chops. Had it with mashed spud which i havnt had for ages so rly enjoyed it. Try to keep my carbs down so usually hav mash pumpkin instead of potatoes but boy i enjoyed the mashed spud tonight. What was on ur menu?

I had a couscous salad which was nice, but not a super wintery meal!
