catching up

It's strange how one small thing can lead you to spiraling out of control. Its so scary.
I've isolated myself so I won't be around anyone.

I went for a walk try to stay grounded by using my senses.

I walked the trail so I saw farms with cows , chickens , horses. The mountains are so close I can almost touch them. There is bush as well.
I could here cockatoos , rosellas , cookaburras , and the wind was quite strong.
the sweet smell of the bush and the earthy smell of the animals.

jacques I need the distraction if you have the time.

Oh my goodness Karen, your description makes me feel like I am their, it sounds so beautiful, like a farm in the rainforest.

I have time Karen, what do you want to distract with, hhhmmmm let's see, what is your favourite animal? If you had all the money in the world what car would you want to own? What is your favourite thing about being at the ocean?

My favourite animal is the Elephant, they are so smart and gentle.

My car of all cars I would like is the Toyota F86.

My favourite part of the ocean is the crashing of the waves.

I am up for any distraction Karen, just let me know what 🙂

favorite animal im not quite sure I don't think I have one.

My favourite smell is the smell of water

I look up to Matt damon he is a celebrity but has a normal life and cares for others.

Favourite plant is red robins

Favourite colour scheme is pastel cream, brown and green

Favorite hobby is working on cars

Im at the river there are ducks rocks water reeds , the river is running quite fast. The water is a brown color from the silt but it is fresh. There are huge gum trees. Its beautiful.

What do i see, hmmmm, i see a mag pie getting some worms for dinner, my neighbours dog sun baking, i see sheep eating hay, i see the cattle laying under the tree, i see the chickens scratching around for food, miss piggie is having her usual mud bath 🙂 i see pencil pines, lime lights, Jacarandah trees and i see cockatoos. 

The smell of water is permiating through my office as i am watering the garden and a hint of jasmin scent comming from the defusser in the loungeroom.

Im at school now the girls get out at 3:30 so its pretty hectic up until 8:00 when they go to bed.

They are a good distraction

I haven't heard about the farm animals for so long now. I would love to see it.
