Hey SANE!!
Im a 47 year old woman with BPD & PTSD.. I was diagnosed about 8 years ago but this is the first time I have reached out socially.. I don't know anyone with BPD or ever spoken to anyone with it either so would be nice to form some connections on here..

ALERT ALERT! I'm a fellow BPD-er and I'm proud of it. It's made me what I am today, and I'm so so grateful for all the amazing people who have supported me in my journey.
Without the roller coaster of BPD, I would NOT be here.
Thank you for braving it and sharing! I'm soooooo pleased to e-meet you! @Justagirl77

Whatever works for you, works!
Keeps me intrigued but I respect your privacy lol.
I've had BPD for years and years now. I went through intensive therapy to get me on track and since then, life couldn't be better. I love every aspect of life! I feel like I've only just started living a few years ago, so all those years I missed, I need to make up for now 🙂
Feel free to share more about yourself 🙂 @Justagirl77

Well..
I haven't had any disorder based therapy, just very general mental health stuff & it hasn't served me well, neither has trying to do life on my own so I needed to do something different & here I am..
I'm still just learning about who I really am & whilst exciting, I am truly terrified at the same time..
BPD has kept me a prisoner of my own mind (& my house)
This is me dipping my toes in the water..
Thankyou for being so welcoming!!

These are turtle chips! I only ate some today because I hadn't eaten all day, and these chips were the most accessible! @Justagirl77
Just a note, please feel free to tag me in by typing "@" in front of my username so I get a notification of your posts. I look forward to connecting with you more as you navigate this BPD journey 🙂
I was a prisoner for about 15 years. It took away my late teens and early adulthood. I only started 'living' about 7 years ago - so hence I am making up for lost time and just forging new territory every day.
The therapy was a game changer and a real brain changer. I feel I've come out with a new brain - a new way of thinking which I never really knew.
I was always so negative and hypersensitive... nowadays, I'm chill as. I really think i've become a different person.
