We're heading off to a market this morning, one we have not been to before.

Have been under the weather again with a gastro-ish bug for the past three days. Feeling better this morning- yay! My coffee tasted almost normal after a couple of days of it tasting a bit weird- double yay!

About the only consolation with gastro is the excuse to be on an ice cream/icy pole diet. 😛 There's still lots of the paddle pops and icy poles we bought left in the freezer, so we're all set for any more hot days coming.

Sorry to see a video on a beach where I had studied historical sand movement.

Trolling extreme right starting clashes with a group of African boys playing soccer.

The rudeness of the filmer to the police who were asking him to stop escalating was shocking.

He was deliberate;y being antgonistic, standing on his so called legal rights and telling decent police that they should not have become police .. as he could film whatever he wanted regardless of the subjects discomfort ... 

This is also about the male gaze .. I guess they might have to pass a new law ...

Very sad today.

At least police were trying to do right thing.
