Just sending a cooee @Mazarita

Hope you are doing better from the shingles and your support workers are helping.

Hope you managed it all with your mother and getting through the christmas period which can be really trying.

Re: A long rave

@Mazarita yes it makes sense to me. I'm still looking for a psychologist, past psychs haven't worked out properly. I'm still on the find-therapy journey. Around the merry-go-round, or along the yellow brick road, call it what you want. I've found a good GP now, so I'm also hoping to find a good psychiatrist. And I won't stop firing psychologists until I find someone who can help me adequate. Yes, I'm very difficult to deal with, by the standards of some people. But at the end of the day we're all human and have the right to care and treatment. I've finally found a routine that works for me, after thirty-something years, something which I have to keep strict and structured.
Excursions are mostly fine. It's the structure at home which I need, and the immediate support after stressful situations that really gets me if I don't seek out help right away. Yes, I'm also a sook! I think you're doing the right thing @Mazarita. If a therapy doesn't work, find a different one. I've had to do this with routines, meds, therapy etc. I'm still looking for a good med routine but my other structured routines are going well and I'll let my GP know if any changes upset me (borderline Asperges), but haven't properly looked into it.
As for everyone else who may pass by here, have a good one and I'll be back in this thread soon. I like a good rave myself lol!

Sorry it's difficult @Adge  and for confusing years on posts. I guess you're not doing much having just got there ?

I've never been admitted, but have visited people before, so have some idea of bits things inside, guess you dont see everything.
