Did I read somewhere that you also have five ‘monkeys’ ?
Our youngest got home today from 10 days away.
I’m feeling sad tonight as I feel my mum’s health is declining.... I’m going there tomorrow.

She has been getting progressively more frail and I had her at my place for a week but she wanted to go home.
I go there daily unless someone else can visit.
I feel she is really getting very low now.. 😞

Yes - five ”monkeys” @Catcakes ..... but they turn into dragons beyond a certain age .... baby dragons who think they know what they are doing and saying, and sometimes they do .....  😆 .... then they become fully grown and spread their wings, and are a wonder to behold,

On a sad note, I lost my mum 16 years ago.  It’s hard, but try to stay with the positives .... the things that bring a spark of joy for all of you.  I am glad you are close .....

I know I’ve been lucky to have mine as long as I have.
I have three dragons and two monkeys and they bring me much joy.
They have always supported me when I’ve been unwell, I’m very lucky.
