Hey @Jynx hope your day has been good 😊
it was terrifying but okay, got referred back to my old psychologist and had a really huge cry talking about everything going on. trying to seek as much help as I can possibly get right now means having to go through all the trauma details with each place all over again which can be pretty distressing 😅
but hey I’ve been putting off this appointment for years now so, finally did it, agoraphobia and cPTSD were in overdrive but went on a nice drive out to some nice scenic areas afterwards to try and calm down (or at least dissociate in peace lol). saw heaps of roos and a really cool looking bush walking track I think I might try to give a go soon when I’m free, not too many people and the pathways look like my chronic pain might actually be able to manage it with plenty of benches around to take a break

@lonemushroom sounds like you were really brave today!! Nice 😎
I also find a lot of soothing getting into nature after big emotionally charged or super stressy moments 😌 Double bonus finding a new place to explore!
Sometimes for first appts I find it helpful to write a few points down, so then I am just 'reading them off' instead of actively trying to recall them - can take the edge off.
@Shaz51 ooh nice! It can feel so refreshing to make changes to your space hey. I have finally figured out how I wanna rearrange my house, my biggest hurdle is my clutter/junk room 😲😅

@Jynx yeah nature has always been the best healer for me 😊 I miss bush walking so much, aside from chronic pain my neighbourhoods not very walkable at all, so anything like that requires at least a short drive to somewhere else
I’d live outside if I could, I’m one of those people who -needs- a decent amount of outdoor green space wherever I live and it’s always a top requirement if I ever need to move somewhere 🤣
