Son had a nice enough birthday thank you. I'm proud of my boys for accepting the situation and not making it all about them. 

I'm ok. Finally found somewhere local to do depot for my boy, the amount of calls and tears that went with it I am grateful that it's now sorted for him. Now I just have to hope it's a "good fit" and it is able to continue. Maybe new pdoc will have new ideas around meds?

Referral is with new pdoc, so much is riding on her taking him. Really don't know how I'll cope if she doesn't.

So much riding on it...

He's flying high today, been rising over the last couple of days after many days of being bedridden 😔

So lovely to hear all the good news for you and your boy @Anastasia and very much hope this all works out for both of you. It is so hard to get the help we need but when we find it, it really does make such a difference ..so everything crossed for you and your boy 🤞

I am not as worried about Clover as I am about Toby. He is so used to being home with Cat durng the day so tomorrow will be different for him. He has had me home with him the whole time since we lost Cat so whilst he has looked for her a few times he has also been by my side the whole time - tomorrow will be different for us all.

Thanks @Anastasia Going to be difficult getting ready and not having Cat cuddles like I used to before I go to work. She won't be on her chair or waking me early for breakfast so I will have to set an alarm to get up - haven't had to do that for years  There are a lot of routines I have been able to adjust to with the extra time on my hands but I do know it will hit home again tomorrow. I also have 2 photos of her above my desk at work so that is going to be hard - I think I will need to bring them home otherwise it will just make me sad having them there all the time.

well friday was Smokey day and he did not disappoint me , his owner is still home after breaking 3 bones in the foot and ankle 

Smokey was soo loving and He walked in front of me everywhere showing me where to clean @Zoe7 , @Sans911 

yesterday saturday was busy with mr shaz`s Mania @bipolarbunny but soon was put into good use with our cameras taking photos

today sunday , we have vaccummed and washed the ute, done the washing , watered all mum`s plants and hosed out , and i did my bookwork -- wow 

It will take time for Toby to adjust my sister @Zoe7 , and for your work desk you will need 2 new photos xoxo

home for the two you have had there 💖💕🐾 .  

I start again tomorrow, and I don't feel ready.  It has coincided with the new lockdown, throwing everything into a bit of chaos, but the online systems are all there and operational, so we just have to get used to the switch when it happens like this.

I have spent the day clearing out my second bedroom which had become a junk pile.  Before I could do that I had to clean up the storeroom downstairs that had become someone else's junk pile before they took off o/s.  I did that part before I left for the west, so Stage 2 is now done.  The place needs a good vacuum after classes tomorrow.

Good for you, getting the floor done.  Maybe you can paint a portrait of Cat when you're ready ...... 💜🌹🦋

Lisening along here @bipolarbunny.  Soooo feel for you.  My narc MIL stayed with us at times, but I reckon they get worse as they get older and "supply" runs thin ..... they have to suck you dry harder cos you're "it" ..... if they haven't discarded and left by then, making themselves someone else's problem.  It is really hard on the heart-strings, understanding that it is an MI so they ought to be given empathy, but they are so programmed to cause heartache and distress you really have to had iron-clad boundaries.  It helped me to hear counsellors say tbat they still have a choice ..... they still choose to behave tbe way  they do, and they choose not to seek help for their condition.  Self-care, self-care, self-care for you ❣️  I can't wait to hear when you get that time to yourself.
