@creative_writer - would you say it is like because there so much uncertainty, food is once thing you CAN control - hence you do focus on that?
I found I had this issue - it ended up turning into disordered eating. I worked on it a bit with my clinician in therapy.

That's so good to hear @Birdofparadise8 . I certainly found my supports in VIC - like no other state. I moved states to VIC too. I'm so glad I did.

Have you looked at Project Air's peer-led groups for BPD? They are held online. Project Air is based in NSW.
This might be a good start while you are waiting?

Thank you @tyme that means a lot. I really though need something in the short term for now because I am really struggling right now and just keep getting so many road blocks in the way with my risk factor and all.
